Notes & Wine Advice
Serving Suggestions
Serve the corn hot from the air fryer with fresh lime wedges and chopped parsley. It makes an easy Side Dish for grilled meat, chicken, burgers or other barbecue dishes.
Recipe Notes
Coat the corn evenly with oil before adding the smoked paprika and onion powder. This helps the seasoning adhere to the kernels and encourages light charring during cooking.Cooking time depends on the size and freshness of the corn. Check after 15 minutes and continue cooking until the kernels are tender and lightly charred.
Variations
Add a pinch of chilli powder for extra heat or increase the smoked paprika for a stronger smoky flavour. Fresh coriander can be used instead of parsley if preferred.
Storage Advice
Store leftover corn in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat it briefly in the Airfryer until thoroughly hot.
Wine Advice
A fresh Sauvignon Blanc works well with the lime, parsley and smoky paprika. A crisp Pinot Grigio is another good choice for the naturally sweet corn.
