Air Fryer Lamb Chops Horseradish Sauce

fl oz mayonnaise

dijon mustard

and 1/2 tbsp. prepared horseradish 2 tsp. brown sugar
Instructions
For the lamb:
Brush the lamb chops with the oil, rub with the garlic, and Spray with the salt and pepper.
Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
For Now, for the sauce:
Using medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, horse radish, and brown sugar.
Stir continuously until well mixed.
Set aside half of the sauce for serving.
Spray the basket with vegetable oil spray and Add the chops in the basket.
Set the air fryer25°For 10 minutes, turning the chops halfway through the cooking time.
Move out the chops from the air fryer and add to the bowl with the horse radish sauce, turning to coat with the sauce.
Add the chops back in the basket.
Set the air fryer0°For 3 minutes.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the meat has reached an internal temperature of 145°For medium- rare.
Serve the chops with the reserved horseradish sauce.
