Notes & Wine Advice
Serving Suggestions
Serve the lamb chops with roasted potatoes, couscous, grilled vegetables or a fresh green salad. Lemon wedges and freshly chopped parsley can be added immediately before serving.
Recipe Notes
Cooking time depends on the thickness of the lamb chops and the air-fryer model. Use a meat thermometer to prevent overcooking. The centre should reach at least 63°C, followed by a resting period.
Variations
Add crushed garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano or black pepper to the lemon marinade. Do not marinate the lamb for several hours because the acidity of the lemon can affect the meat’s texture.
Storage
Refrigerate leftover lamb in a covered container for up to three days. Reheat it briefly in the air fryer at 160°C until thoroughly warmed. Avoid prolonged reheating, which can make the lamb dry.
Wine Advice
A medium-bodied Pinot Noir complements the lamb without overwhelming the fresh lemon flavour. A Merlot is a suitable fuller-bodied alternative.
