Ingredients

stick unsalted butter

heavy cream
▢
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Parmesan cheese
freshly grated (about 2 cups)
Instructions
In a straight-sided large skillet over medium-high heat, combine the butter and cream and cook until the butter melts.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the Parmesan and stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce comes together.
Toss with your desired pasta to combine.
Make sure to reserve some of the pasta cooking water to thin out the sauce and keep it smooth and creamy.
