Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Low fat ice cream -- softened
  • 1 cup Low fat Cool Whip
  • 1/4 cup Crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 package Sugar free Chocolate pudding
  • 3 ounces Grape Nut cereal

Instructions

  • Mix together ice cream, Cool Whip, peanut butter and pudding.
  • Fold in Grape Nuts.
  • Spread in 8x8 inch pan and freeze.
