Apple Pudding

Ingredients

  • Sliced apples
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup sugar

Instructions

  • Fill buttered baking dish with sliced apples.
  • Mix other ingredients together and put on top of apples.
  • Bake in a moderate oven until brown.
