  • Apricot marmalade Rum
  • Confectioner’s sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Make 8 palatschinken according to the basic recipe.
  • Warm the apricot marmalade with some rum and brush the palatschinken with it.
  • Roll up and dust with confectioner’s sugar before serving.
