Instructions
Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Reserve a few tablespoons for basting.
Score the steak.
Place steak in dish and pour marinade over.
Turn to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
Preheat grill to high heat.
Lightly oil the grill.
Grill steak 5 minutes per side.
Baste during cooking.
Rest before slicing.
Serve warm.
