Asparagus with Peas Dressing
Peas are a funny little vegetable that are a hit amongst the kids. Serve this delicious side dish with rice or meat.

Ingredients

Trimmed Asparagus Spears

Thin Prosciutto Slice

Green Peas
▢

Cup
Chicken Broth
▢

Teaspoon
Butter
▢

Tablespoon
Chopped Mint
Instructions
Bake asparagus in a pre-heated oven at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes.
While it is baking, heat butter in a skillet and slightly brown the peas.
Add in the chicken broth and mint.
Allow to simmer.
Remove asparagus from the oven and bake the prosciutto slice.
When the chicken broth mixture has thickened, remove it from heat.
Place the asparagus on the slice, top with the mixture and wrap.
Serve immediately.
