Baby Blue Salad

Chef Franklin Biggs, of Franklin’s Homewood Gourmet in Homewood, Alabama, shares his signature salad.

Ingredients

Makes 6 servings / Prep: 10 min.

▢ ¾ pound mixed salad greens
▢ 4 ounces blue cheese crumbled
▢ Balsamic Vinaigrette
▢ 2 oranges peeled and cut into thin slices
▢ 1 pint strawberries quartered
▢ Sweet-and-Spicy Pecans

Instructions

Toss greens with crumbled blue cheese and Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Place on 6 individual plates.
Arrange orange slices over greens; sprinkle with strawberries, and top with Sweet-and-Spicy Pecans.
