Bacon Cotija Guacamole
Cotija cheese is a popular Mexican cheese that compliments the chewiness of bacon in this guacamole.

ripe avocados
pitted and peeled
▢

jalapeno pepper or to taste
cored and finely chopped 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
▢
⅓
cup
chopped fresh cilantro
▢

ground cumin
▢
Salt to taste

bacon slices
cooked and crumbled, divided ½ cup crumbled cotija cheese
Instructions
Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork to your desired consistency.
Add remaining ingredients except half of bacon and cojita and fold in well.
Top with remaining bacon and cotija and serve guacamole.
