Asparagus provides an innovative pop of green to this classic breakfast dish.
Ingredients

Trimmed Asparagus Spears

Bacon Slices
▢

Eggs
▢
1/2
Teaspoon
Thyme Leaves
▢

Tablespoon
Chopped Parsley
▢

Tablespoon
Dill
▢
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy.
Plate and set aside.
In the same pan, cook asparagus in bacon grease until tender yet crisp.
Add in the spices and herbs.
Crack eggs on top.
Be careful to not break the yolk.
When done, spoon it on top of the bacon set aside.
Serve immediately.
