For the lobster
▢

lobster tails
about 226 g each

green onions

For the citrus butter sauce

orange zest
▢

orange juice
▢

lemon juice

olive oil

oregano

dash hot sauce

melted butter
Instructions
Preheat barbecue.
Cut lobster tails lengthwise.
Lightly oil lobster and onions.
Place lobster cut side down on grill.
Grill 3 minutes.
Turn and grill 5 minutes more.
Add green onions to grill.
Cook onions about 3 minutes.
Remove from grill.
Mix sauce ingredients except butter.
Whisk in melted butter slowly.
Drizzle over lobster.
Serve warm.
