In a mixing bowl, combine the ketchup, chopped onion, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
Coat the chicken wings well in the sauce.
Arrange the wings on a lined baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Turn the wings and spoon over more sauce from the tray.
Bake for another 45 minutes, or until cooked through and nicely glazed.
If desired, simmer any extra sauce in a saucepan until thickened.
Serve the wings hot with the extra sauce on the side.
