Notes & Wine Advice
Notes
Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender. Always boil leftover marinade before using. Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
Serve Tip
Serve with lemon wedges for extra freshness. Pair with grilled vegetables or rice.
Variations
Add chili flakes for extra heat. Use garlic butter instead of barbecue sauce. Try different spice rubs for variety.
Wine Advice
A crisp Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with the smoky shrimp. A light rosé offers a refreshing balance.
