For the ribs

For the sauce

Instructions
Mix spices and sugar.
Rub 1/3 over ribs.
Preheat oven to 250°F.
Bake ribs for 10 to 15 minutes.
Mix tomato sauce and vinegar with remaining spices.
Heat sauce.
Grill ribs over low heat for 40 to 60 minutes.
Brush frequently with sauce.
Serve warm.
