Notes & Wine Advice
Notes
Do not overcook salmon to keep it moist. Discard leftover marinade after use. Let fish rest briefly before serving.
Serve Tip
Serve with grilled vegetables or rice. Add lemon wedges for extra freshness.
Variations
Add ginger for extra depth. Use honey instead of brown sugar. Try the marinade with other fish.
Wine Advice
A crisp Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with the sweet and savory flavors. A light Pinot Noir offers a smooth contrast.
