Instructions
Combine olive oil, lime juice, balsamic vinegar, garlic, ginger, and coriander in a bowl.
Add the tuna fillets and coat evenly with the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
Preheat the barbecue grill to high heat.
Prepare the honey glaze by whisking honey, olive oil, and coriander together.
Lightly oil the grill grates.
Place the tuna fillets onto the grill.
Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
Continue grilling until the tuna is barely cooked through.
Baste the tuna regularly with the marinade during cooking.
Brush both sides of the tuna with the honey glaze.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
