flank steak
Instructions
Combine soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder, and vegetable oil in a blender.
Blend for 15 seconds until smooth.
Place the flank steak into a shallow dish.
Pierce the steak several times with a fork.
Pour the marinade over the steak.
Turn the steak to coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Preheat the barbecue grill to high heat.
Lightly oil the grill grates.
Grill the steak for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once during cooking.
Cook to your preferred level of doneness.
Allow the steak to rest briefly before slicing thinly against the grain.
