Instructions
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better texture.
Mix paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, pepper, and salt into a dry rub.
Rub the mixture evenly over the ribs and let rest for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the grill for indirect cooking at medium heat.
Place the ribs on the grill away from direct heat and cook for about 2 hours.
Turn occasionally to ensure even cooking.
Brush with barbecue sauce during the final 15 minutes.
Remove from the grill and let rest briefly before slicing and serving.
