Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Place the sliced chicken into a bowl.
Add barbecue sauce and toss gently.
Place 2 tortillas onto a baking tray.
Divide the chicken mixture evenly over the tortillas.
Top with chopped peppers and onions.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the filling.
Top with the remaining tortillas.
Lightly spray the tortillas with cooking spray.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned and crisp.
Allow the quesadillas to cool slightly.
Slice into wedges and serve warm.
