Instructions
Pat the beef dry and tenderize it with a meat mallet to soften the fibers.
Place the beef in a large mixing dish and add the olive oil, beer, garlic, and bay leaves.
Toss to coat well and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 395°F.
Cook the beef for 7 minutes, then pause and flip the meat over.
Continue cooking for another 8 minutes or until done to your preference.
