250 g Peach purée (sieved peaches)

Juice of ½ lemon

Champagne to serve
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together well, sieve, and place in the ice cream machine (or freezer, stirring repeatedly).
To serve the sorbet, pour champagne over each scoop in a chilled glass.
