Instructions
In a blender, combine the low-fat yogurt, skim milk, fresh or frozen berries, dry milk powder, and honey.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately, or freeze for later use.
If frozen, leave in the fridge to thaw overnight and stir well before drinking.
