Ingredients

blackberries
▢

cups
water
▢
granulated sugar
Instructions
Place washed and drained blackberries and water in saucepan.
Bring to boil and cook until soft.
Pour cooked berries into cloth bag and allow to drain (do not squeeze bag so that juice remains clear).
Measure juice and return to saucepan.
Add sugar, equal to the amount of juice, and bring to boil.
Cook on high until jelly thickens.
Pour into jars.
Process in a boiling-bath
for 15 minutes
