unsalted butter melted
Instructions
Preheat the barbecue grill over high heat.
Reserve a small amount of melted butter for serving.
Pour the remaining butter into a shallow dish.
Dip each fish fillet into the melted butter on both sides.
Sprinkle Cajun blackening spices evenly over the fillets.
Lightly oil the grill grates.
Place the fish fillets onto the grill.
Cook for 2 minutes per side.
Continue cooking until the fish flakes easily.
Remove the fish from the grill.
Serve with the reserved melted butter for dipping.
