Blackened Pork Tenderloin
Here, blackened simply means that the meat has been dipped in butter and sprinkled with herbs and spices. The saltiness from the pork will enhance the other flavours as the air fryer crisps up the exterior.

Worcestershire sauce

450 gram pork tenderloin, halved crosswise
Instructions
Combine paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
Set aside.
Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
Whisk together butter and Worcestershire sauce in a separate small bowl.
Brush over pork tenderloin halves.
Rub with seasoning mix.
Place pork in air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil.
Cook for 8 minutes.
Flip.
Cook for an additional 8 minutes.
Using a meat thermometer, ensure internal temperature is at least 70°C.
Transfer pork to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
