BLT Frittata
This dish is heartyenough for a brunch and perfect for replenishing your energy after a morningexercise routine. You get all of the flavours of a BLT without the guilt of thegrain!

Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 160°C for 3 minutes.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, salt and pepper.
Stir in bacon and Cheddar cheese.
Pour mixture into a cake barrel lightly greased with olive oil.
Place tomato slices on top.
Place barrel in air fryer basket and cook for 14 minutes.
Transfer cake barrel to a cooling rack to cool for 5 minutes, then slice frittata and serve warm topped with lettuce and sour cream.
