Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • Pinch of ground white pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 teaspoons sour cream

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, blue cheese, white pepper, lime juice, lemon juice, salt, and sour cream until well combined.
  • Store in the refrigerator in a container with a tight-fitting lid for up to 2 weeks.
