approximately 12 very ripe bananas

lemon juice

1.75-ounce box powdered fruit pectin.

butter

vanilla extract

brown sugar

Instructions
In a large kettle or saucepan, combine mashed bananas, lemon juice, pectin, butter, and vanilla.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Add sugars and boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Ladle into clean jars and process for 10 minutes in boiling-water bath.
