Instructions
Whisk together the soy sauce, beer, onion powder, oregano, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, cumin, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
Place the steaks into a shallow dish or resealable bag.
Pour the marinade over the steaks and coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Remove the steaks from the marinade and let excess marinade drip away.
Grill or sear the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
Baste occasionally with marinade while cooking.
Allow the steaks to rest briefly before serving.
Serve hot with additional Cajun seasoning if desired.
