Cajun Meatballs
This spicy recipe is a great appetizer for a party. Use toothpicks for easy serving. They have a sweet but spicy taste that your guests are sure to love!

Ingredients

of lean ground beef

teaspoons
of hot pepper sauce

tablespoons
of Cajun seasoning
▢

of Worcestershire sauce
▢

of parsley
minced
▢
½
cup
of onion
finely chopped
▢
¼
cup
of fresh bread crumbs
▢
¼
cup
of milk
▢

egg
▢
½
cup
of barbeque sauce
▢
½
cup
of peach preserves
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F.
Mix the first 9 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
It is easiest to mix the ingredients with clean hands.
Shape the mixture into 1 ½-inch meatballs.
Place the meatballs on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake the meatballs for about 30 to 40 minutes, or until they are no longer pink in the middle.
Meanwhile, combine the barbeque sauce and peach preserves in a small bowl.
Mix well.
Place the cooked meatballs in s serving dish and cover with the sauce mixture.
Toss the meatballs to completely coat them with sauce.
Serve using toothpicks if desired.
