chicken thighs
skinned, boned

of low-sodium hot sauce

low-sodium soy sauce

minced green onion

of minced garlic

ground

Instructions
Place the thighs into a greased roasting pan.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Pour this marinade over your chicken, coat evenly, cover the pan and chill in the fridge for half an hour.
Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C) bake the chicken thighs uncovered for 45 minutes.
Baste them a few times.
Notes & Wine Advice
Serve with a home made mixed bean salad with pineapple chunks for more fiber.
