Instructions
Add all ingredients to a heavy saucepan or stockpot.
Whisk thoroughly until fully combined.
Heat over low heat for 20 minutes while whisking occasionally.
Do not allow the sauce to boil.
Remove from the heat and allow the sauce to cool completely.
Transfer the sauce into a refrigerator-safe container.
Store refrigerated until ready to use.
