Instructions
Take a large bowl.
Add the black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika and salt into the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients well.
Add the carrots and olive oil into the pan.
Cook the ingredients well and add the chopped garlic and the spice mix formed above.
Cook the mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
Add the parsley into the pan.
Dish out when done.
The dish is ready to be served.
