Cauliflower ‘Wings’ With Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 12 oz bottle of beer
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cauliflower cut into florets
  • Honey mustard dipping sauce:
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 5 tbsp. yellow mustard
  • Salt pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix flour, egg, beer, salt and pepper.
  • Dip the cauliflower florets in the mixture and fry in a preheated 350°F fryer.
  • Once cooked, coat with the honey and mustard sauce.
  • Serve with barbecue sauce, ranch or honey mustard.
