uncooked Arborio rice

32 oz carton Swanson(R) Tuscan
▢
Chicken Flavor Infused Broth
heated
▢
1/2
C.
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Add the rice with 1/2 C. of broth.
Cook it until it absorbs all the liquid.
Stir in another 1/2 C. of broth and cook it again until the rice absorbs it.
Repeat the process for the remaining broth.
Stir in the cheese until it melts.
Serve the risotto warm.
