Instructions
Lightly grease a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread the ground pork and beef evenly on the bottom of the casserole dish.
Pour the tomato puree over the meat and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, oregano, basil, and rosemary.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with the crumbled Cottage cheese and shredded Cotija cheese.
Pour the cheese mixture over the meat layer.
Cover with foil to retain moisture during baking.
Bake the casserole in the preheated Air Fryer at 350°F for 10 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 6 minutes to allow the cheese to brown slightly.
Serve warm and enjoy!
