Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
Add the chorizo pieces and cook, stirring, until browned on all sides.
Pour in the wine and continue cooking, stirring gently, until the wine is absorbed.
On each toothpick, thread 1 piece of chorizo, followed by 1 piece of bread.
