Italian sausages bulk 1 pound

Onion chopped 1 cup

chopped and drained red roasted pepper 1 jar (7 ounces) Thawed, chopped frozen spinach 1 package (10 ounces)

All-purpose flour 1 cup
▢
Parmesan cheese ¼ cup
grated

Dried basil 1 teaspoon

Salt ½ teaspoon

Eggs 8 large
▢
Whole milk 2 cups
▢
Provolone shredded cheese 1 cup
▢
Sprigs fresh rosemary
optional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Take a skillet, cook the onion and sausages on medium heat until it changes its color, then drain it.
Convert it into the greased 3 qt.
baking dish.
Sprinkle it with half of the red pepper and spinach.
Take a bowl, add and combine the flour, salt, basil, and parmesan cheese.
Add and combine the milk and egg and properly mix it with the dry ingredients.
Pour it on the spinach.
Bake it until the inserted knife comes clean, for just 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle it with the rest of the red pepper and provolone cheese.
Bake it for 2 minutes more until the cheese gets melted.
Let it wait for 5 minutes more before the cutting.
Garnish it with rosemary if you want and enjoy.
