Churros with Chocolate

Easy churros recipe with dark chocolate dip.

Equipment

  • Large bowl

Ingredients

Churros:

  • A cup of whole milk
  • 1 cup of flour
  • ½ cup of butter
  • A quarter cup of sugar
  • A pinch of baking powder
  • Oil for frying

Chocolate sauce:

  • ½ cup of dark chocolate
  • ½ cup of cream

Instructions

  • Take a large bowl.
  • Add all the ingredients of the churros into the bowl.
  • Make the batter and add it in a pipping bag.
  • Pipe the churros into long strips.
  • Fry the churros in oil.
  • Dish them out when they turn golden brown.
  • Microwave the chocolate sauce ingredients and drizzle it over the churros.
  • The dish is ready to be served.
