Cinnamon Breakfast Bread
If you are missing that good ol’ stack of pancakes in the morning, this breakfast bread will be your new favourite. Serve topped with butter, sugar-free syrup, fresh berries or all of the above!

Ingredients

finely ground almond flour

powdered erythritol sweetener

baking powder

salt

butter
melted

large egg
▢

teaspoon
unflavoured gelatin
▢
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
▢
½
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 150°C for 3 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, erythritol, baking powder and salt.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine butter, egg, gelatin, vanilla and cinnamon.
Add egg mixture to flour mixture and stir until smooth.
Spoon mixture into an ungreased pizza pan.
Place pan in air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove pan and let set for 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
