Instructions
Whisk together vegetable oil, lemon juice, cilantro, thyme leaves, lemon pepper, garlic salt, and sea salt in a medium bowl.
Place the steaks into a shallow dish or resealable bag.
Pour the marinade over the steaks and coat evenly.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Remove the steaks from the marinade and allow excess marinade to drip off.
Grill or pan-sear the steaks for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Baste occasionally with the remaining marinade while cooking.
Cook to your preferred doneness.
Remove the steaks from the heat and allow them to rest briefly before serving.
Serve hot garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
