Instructions
Combine grapefruit juice, olive oil, chopped marjoram, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
Add the halibut steaks and coat both sides evenly with the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours while turning occasionally.
Preheat the barbecue grill with the rack positioned above medium heat.
Remove the halibut from the refrigerator and allow it to come closer to room temperature.
Lightly oil a fish basket.
Place the halibut steaks into the fish basket.
Grill for 10 to 12 minutes while turning once and brushing with leftover marinade.
Cook until the fish becomes barely opaque in the thickest part.
Serve garnished with fresh marjoram sprigs.

Do not marinate the halibut longer than 2 hours because the citrus can affect the texture of the fish.
