salt pork or ¼ lb bacon

onion – chopped

potatoes – pared & cubed

water

half & half
Or 2 cups milk
▢
1 ½-2
tbsp
cornstarch
Instructions
Sauté pork/bacon and onion until golden brown;
Drain excess fat
Place clams in crock pot with pork/bacon along with all other ingredients except milk/half & half
Cook on high for 3-4 hours Or low for 7-8 hours
Add 1 cup milk/half & half and cornstarch one hour before serving
Add remaining milk/half & half just serving
