Instructions
In a mixing bowl or jar, combine balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic, and dried oregano.
Gradually whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is well blended and emulsified.
Alternatively, you can add all the ingredients to a jar with a lid and shake vigorously until well combined.
Use the dressing immediately, or store it in the refrigerator for later use.
Before using, give the dressing a good stir or shake to re-emulsify any separated ingredients.
