Instructions
In a large saucepan over medium heat, brown the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic; drain.
Stir in crushed tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta to the beef mixture and stir to combine.
Serve the Classic Beef and Shells.
