Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped organic apples, chopped celery, chopped nuts, and soy mayonnaise.
Toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and chill the Waldorf salad in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
Once chilled, spoon the salad into a lettuce-lined serving bowl.
Garnish the Waldorf salad with apple wedges and pecan halves.
Serve the classic Waldorf apple salad immediately and enjoy!
