of gram flour

A pinch of salt

of chopped cilantro

Vegetable oil

of chopped cod pieces

Water as required
Instructions
Take a large bowl.
Add everything into the bowl & mix well.
Add water into the bowl to form a mixture.
Heat a frying pan and add vegetable oil in it.
Add a spoonful of batter to pan carefully and cook them for few minutes.
Dish it out when fritters turn light brown in color.
Your dish is ready to be served.
