Crab Guacamole
Enrich simple guacamole with crab meat and your love for guac will sky-rocket.
Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 3 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
- ½ medium white onion finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 6 oz can lump crabmeat, drained and flaked Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mash avocados in a bowl using a potato masher or fork to your desired consistency.
- Add remaining ingredients and fold in well.
- Serve guacamole.
